Short weekend stay in Rome.
This gorgeous little B&B was truly wonderful! Took a little time (and a phone call) to find, but the location was perfect for the city sightseeing I had planned. 10 minutes' walk from the Vatican and a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, the B&B is in an old Roman building, with a small cage elevator (or the stairs!). The B&B is on a busy main shopping street, but I wanted a central location, so it was fine. With the windows shut at night (the aircon worked a treat in July) the noise was honestly minimal. The apartment was clean, fresh and modern. With lockable bedrooms (en-suite bathroom), the main communal area is the breakfast space. I took breakfast there, which was unhurried, fresh and tasty. Whenever I make it back to Rome, I would stay here again without any hesitation. It's a real gem of a place. Very highly recommended - couldn't fault the stay at all, thank you!

Centrale, elegante e molto confortevole
Solo una notte, ma sento di consigliare questo B&B per la posizione davvero strategica; in un palazzo signorile nella centrale Via Cola di Rienzo a Prati si raggiunge facilmente a piedi la metro, Piazza del Popolo e il Vaticano. Praticamente puoi andare su e giù per tutta Roma. Struttura impeccabile in perfette condizioni, molto pulita e piena di confort; un plauso alla simpatia e alla disponibilità di Federica, la ragazza che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully traditional B&B. While retaining the classic features, the facilities are up to date such as relatively modern bathrooms. Our room was simple but light and clean with great air con. They provide little extras such as a hairdryer and a UK to European plug adapter in the room. The lady (I didn’t know her name) who was around every day cleaning and serving breakfast was extremely polite and helpful; showing us the map and giving us tips on the best places to book tours or public transport routes should we wish to use it. The location was ideal for us between Vatican City and all of the other main destinations a short walk across the river. There are plenty of shops and restaurants off the main road (Cola di Rienzo). If you are a light sleeper you do hear the road a bit at night but I think this will be the case in most city hotels and B&Bs. This is a charming, well located and comfortable place to stay that has the true feel of Rome. The only thing we might have appreciated as an extra would have been tea and coffee making facilities in our room but I’m not sure that this is something many B&Bs offer. The water in the rooms is safe to drink and you have plenty of selection at breakfast.

Stayed here for 3 nights and was great. Room was so fresh and modern, decorated in a simple style. Location was great, bus was 500m down the road to the airport which was perfect. Breakfast had a small selection but there was plenty to eat to start the day off in the city. Really couldn’t fault the place at all for what we needed and paid. Would recommend.

- Posizione strategica, in un antico palazzo signorile, in una delle più belle vie di Roma, vicinissimo a Castel Sant'Angelo e Basilica di San Pietro(raggiungibili attraverso una piacevole camminata a piedi - 5 min), stazione metro a pochi minuti, ci si trova praticamente al centro della città e si raggiunge facilmente qualsiasi luogo turistico a piedi o tramite metro.
Benché la posizione sia assolutamente centrale, la zona è silenziosa e il riposo notturno è assicurato
